Kody has worked in the landscaping industry for 16 years, starting as a laborer then holding titles of foreman, and supervisor. Now, he is utilizing his technical expertise and strong leadership abilities to spearhead our residential division. He values the simplicity of water and landscape in transforming spaces. Kody enjoys working at Grow With The Flow because it’s a small, family-owned business where everyone knows each other. He also values the potential for personal and professional growth within the company. Outside of work, Kody enjoys spending quality time with his family and going fishing.
