Our Senior Project Manager

Raymundo Mendez has been in the landscaping industry for over 30 years. He has worked as a foreman and supervisor and also ran his own company for 12 years. Ray is drawn to the landscaping industry because of the transformation it brings, turning something raw and ugly into something beautiful. He has been with Grow With The Flow for 3 years and feels grateful to be with a company that makes him feel like family. During his time there, he has helped the team grow from just a couple of trucks to numerous crews. Outside of work, Ray enjoys fishing, camping, traveling, and spending time with his family.
